Voices News – Director Named

SOUTHBURY — The Watermark at East Hill, 611 East Hill Rd., recently named Wendy Leftwich as director of human resources.
Ms. Leftwich has a master’s in organizational psychology and more than two decades of experience in human resources.
Prior to joining The Watermark, she held a variety of HR positions in Texas and Connecticut before making the transition to senior living earlier this year.
Ms. Leftwich’s responsibilities include managing and monitoring employee relations and performance, while providing support to department directors.
