The Watermark at 3030 Park announced that Art//Place Gallery at The Watermark will feature an all-member exhibit to launch the 2013 season of exhibitions at the retirement community.

More than 20 member artists have contributed to the current exhibition, showcasing a broad selection of work in mediums expressing each artist’s unique perspective on their subjects. The exhibit is currently open and will be on view until Feb. 27.

“We are thrilled to kick off the 2013 season with such an extensive exhibit featuring so many talented local artists,” said Marlane Argianas, resident services coordinator at The Watermark. “Coming to Watermark’s art gallery is a great way to support the local arts scene, and we hope our residents and guests will enjoy this latest installment.”

The artists represented by this comprehensive selection of original work have exhibited widely throughout Connecticut, specifically Fairfield County, as well as in New York. Featured Art/Place Gallery artists are all members of other regional arts organizations as well.
