STAMFORD, Conn. — A 3,700-foot section of a water main feeding the Stamford Treatment Plant is set to be replaced beginning in early January.
The project, designed to improve the long-term reliability and capacity of Stamford’s water infrastructure, is expected to be completed by April.
Additional sections of main are also targeted to be replaced in future years. Customers should experience no change in water service during construction.
In the unlikely event of complications associated with this project, the Aquarion Water Co. will provide impacted customers with updated information.
