Boys & Girls Village (BGV) is one of Connecticut’s leading providers of behavioral health, educational and permanency planning services for at-risk youth and their families. GBPR has been working with BGV for several years to raise awareness of the important work the agency does for children with emotional, behavioral and psychiatric disorders and special education needs. Our work highlights the strong private-public partnership between BGV and the Connecticut Department of Children and Families (DCF), as the two partners work towards a shared goal of strengthening families and providing children with successful futures. We work with BGV to showcase their expertise and thought leadership in the field of youth mental health, through work with the media, newsletter production, and coordination and planning for special events.
